LEGAL INFORMATION
Terms of Use
Effective date: October 31, 2026.
Publisher, acceptance and access
Bizelium is published by Victovis LLC at the address supplied: 1942 Broadway, Ste 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, United States. General and commercial contact: info@bizelium.pro. Privacy contact: confidentiel@bizelium.pro.
These terms take effect on October 31, 2026. Use of the service after that date is subject to the terms presented. Public sign-in and sign-up screens are demonstrations; no account, subscription or payment is active until signup and billing features are technically enabled.
When the service is enabled, users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials and use only authorized access. Access may be suspended for a justified security, fraud, terms-violation or legal reason; any suspension must be proportionate to the circumstances.
Service and limitations
Bizelium organizes two separate workflows—Funding and Public Procurement—connected through a company profile. Demonstration features and data identified as demonstrations are not a guarantee of an operational service.
Sources, coverage, freshness and completeness may vary. Users must verify criteria, deadlines and requirements with the relevant official agency or source. Analyses and scores are organizational aids and do not guarantee eligibility, a grant, funding, an award or a contract.
Use and outcomes
Users are responsible for how they use displayed information and must respect applicable laws, third-party rights and source terms. Important information should be checked directly with official agencies.
Features, content and results may change, be suspended or become unavailable for maintenance, security, development or legal reasons. Availability and support details for paid service will be presented when that service is enabled.
Plans and prices
Proposed plans are: Essential at CAD 29 monthly or CAD 290 annually; Professional at CAD 69 monthly or CAD 690 annually; Enterprise at CAD 129 monthly or CAD 1,290 annually.
Annual pricing equals ten monthly payments, a saving of approximately 16.7%, and would be charged once for the year; the displayed monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Online payments, renewals and subscriptions are not active. These amounts are informational and do not mean a purchase flow is available.
Cancellation, suspension and refunds
When a paid subscription is enabled, the customer may cancel at any time. Unless access is justifiably suspended, access continues until the end of the period already paid.
After a subscription is activated, no automatic pro-rated refund is provided for an unused period, subject to mandatory legal rights, billing errors and contractual breaches. This clause does not limit remedies or rights provided by law.
A justified suspension may be used to protect the service, prevent fraud or a security risk, address a material breach of these terms or comply with law. Where reasonably possible, the user will be informed of the reason and steps to restore access.
Data and end of subscription
Data is retained for the subscription period. When it ends, data is deleted or anonymized under a documented procedure, except where retention is needed to meet a legal obligation, resolve a dispute or protect the rights of the business and users.
These terms do not promise a backup or system purge timeline. Privacy requests may be sent to confidentiel@bizelium.pro.
Disclaimers and liability
Bizelium does not guarantee that a user will obtain a public contract, grant, funding or award. Data, criteria, deadlines, analyses and scores must be checked against official sources. The service is subject to mandatory legal rights and limits.
To the extent permitted by law, the business’s total liability for matters relating to the service is capped at the amounts actually paid by the customer for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This cap does not apply to liabilities that cannot legally be limited or excluded, or other exceptions required by applicable law.
Intellectual property and use
Rights in the service, marks and Bizelium content remain with their respective owners. Users retain rights they hold in their own content, subject to permissions needed to provide the service. No intellectual-property ownership is transferred unless expressly stated.
Users must not bypass access controls, disrupt the service, infringe third-party rights or use the service unlawfully.
Complaints, governing law and disputes
For commercial or contractual questions, contact info@bizelium.pro. For privacy matters, contact confidentiel@bizelium.pro.
The parties will try to resolve service disputes amicably. This process does not remove or delay any applicable legal remedy, time limit or right.
These terms are proposed to be governed by Quebec law and applicable federal laws of Canada, subject to mandatory rules on jurisdiction, consumer protection and any other rights or remedies that cannot be waived by contract.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be communicated through available means and, where required, submitted for user acceptance. The applicable version states its effective date.
