Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 31, 2026.
Publisher and contact
The publisher of Bizelium is declared to be Victovis LLC. Address supplied: 1942 Broadway, Ste 314C, Boulder, CO 80302, United States.
For personal information matters, email confidentiel@bizelium.pro. For general, commercial or contractual questions: info@bizelium.pro. According to the owner, both mailboxes send and receive messages. No individual privacy officer is named in this notice.
Scope and services
The marketing website is separate from the SaaS application. Public sign-in and sign-up screens shown as demonstrations do not create accounts or transmit entered fields.
The website uses a mailto contact link. The visitor opens their email application and chooses whether to send a message; the website does not transmit or store that message.
The Bizelium application may process account, organization profile, preference, search, saved item, alert, file and technical data needed to operate and secure the service.
Information and purposes
Information processed depends on the features used and may include account and contact details, business and user information, preferences, searches, saved items, alerts, files, support communications, and technical or log data.
This information is used to provide and administer the service, associate a workspace with an organization, display and organize opportunities, manage requests and communications, protect the service, diagnose incidents and meet applicable obligations. The necessity of each item and applicable legal grounds depend on the journey and must be determined under applicable law.
Government and public sources may be used to display opportunities. Demonstration data is identified as such; information and analysis should be checked against official sources.
Hosting and providers
According to information supplied by the owner, data is hosted on servers operated by the business operating Bizelium. The geographic location of servers, backups and administrative access is not specified here.
Providers used for email, infrastructure, support, backups or other features may process information on the business’s behalf. Providers and their roles depend on the active configuration; this policy does not assert a list of third-party providers.
Retention and deletion
Account and service data is retained for the duration of the subscription. When a subscription ends, data is deleted or anonymized under a documented procedure, unless retention is legally required.
This policy does not promise a specific technical deletion timeline, backup or log retention period, or operational exception period. A deletion request may be sent to confidentiel@bizelium.pro and will be handled subject to legal obligations and applicable rights.
Security
The business applies safeguards appropriate to the information it holds and the risks of the service. Access to information is limited according to operational and security needs. No certification or absolute security guarantee is claimed.
If a privacy incident occurs, the business assesses the risks and takes the steps and gives notices required by applicable law.
Requests and rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information about you, or exercise other rights provided by applicable law, by contacting confidentiel@bizelium.pro. Information reasonably needed to verify the requester’s identity and authority may be requested.
Where applicable Quebec law requires it, a written access or correction request receives a written response diligently and no later than the statutory 30-day period. Timelines, exceptions and remedies depend on applicable law and the request.
Email and commercial messages
Service emails may be used for account-related functions such as invitations or access recovery when those functions are enabled. Commercial electronic messages are sent only in accordance with applicable rules, including consent, identification and unsubscribe requirements where they apply.
For privacy matters, use confidentiel@bizelium.pro; for general matters, info@bizelium.pro.
Changes and applicable law
This policy may be updated to reflect changes in services, practices or legal requirements. The applicable version is the one published with its effective date.
Applicable personal information laws may include Quebec and federal Canadian laws depending on the activities and circumstances.
